Ray's Wrecking Yard Roster

Ray's Wrecking Yard Roster by Ray and Ruth Harvey, Paperback, 2000, Ray's Rosters, 358 pages.

027K This book is an index of wrecking yards, broken down state by state listing the yard's specialty, and includes a comprehensive index listing vehicles by type and make. It lists phone numbers, addresses, hours, even some e-mail and 1-800 numbers.

As an addendum the authors have inserted an index of bus and RV wrecking yards in later issues.

Postscript and Feedback

My original intent when I undertook this project was to include every bus conversion/RV link I could find on the net. Two weeks and over 100 links later, I thought I was doing a good job.

Then I came across the Motor Bus Society page, which boasts over 600 links and I realized that it was a hopeless task. Finding and cataloging all sites would be impossible. All in all, this should provide a good start. I have listed several sites with "MegaLinks" that should pick up where my humble efforts leave off.

From time to time I will to update this page, but I need help. If you have favorite conversion links that are not included, please forward them to me for later versions. Likewise, if you come across a broken link, please inform me.
