This is a cottage industry and I am not always in the office.
If you get an answering machine, please leave a name, number
and best time to call. I will return your call as soon as possible.

International callers:
Please send me an email for an appointment BEFORE you call.
I do not return international calls.

Shipping information:

General:
$8.00 will be added to all orders at checkout for shipping and handling.
This is an average cost. Sometimes actual postage is more, sometimes less.
My shopping cart cannot calculate postage for individual orders.
Most Canadian and international orders require additional postage as noted.

USA:
All orders are sent by
USPS first class or priority mail.
I do not use media mail (book rate)
due to excessive delivery time.
Whether you are ordering one CD or 100 books
TOTAL shipping for priority mail is $8.00.

Express mail is also available.
Please email with your selections and destination
for total express mail cost.

Canadian and international orders:
All orders are shipped by air letter post or global priority mail.
Additional postage is required on all orders EXCEPT CDs.
International express mail is available in many areas but is EXPENSIVE.
Surface mail is also available and less costly.

Australia and United Kingdom:

Customs and import fees, if any,
are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy:

Satisfaction guaranteed.

If you are not pleased with my products
return them within 30 days of receipt
for a refund of the purchase price.
The items returned must be in new condition.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

If you are returning an item that was part of a package, the price will be prorated.

NO REFUND on CDs if the seal is broken.
Free replacement if defective.

Privacy Policy:

We NEVER share our customer list with anyone for any reason
and you will not receive unsolicited messages from us.

We do maintain an “opt-in” list for notification of
new books, sales and specials.
If you change your mind you can “opt-out” at any time
by simply responding to any email and requesting to be disenrolled.

The “opt-in” list is strictly for in-house use.
Your information is NEVER shared with third parties.
